Terms and Conditions – 92dado Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 92dado. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 92dado website located at https://92dado.click, including all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support services, and any other features offered by 92dado from time to time (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 92dado. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 92dado Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 92dado strictly prohibits use by anyone under 18. Age verification checks may be carried out at any time, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with all funds returned to the payment method used for deposit.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a 92dado employee or business partner where a conflict of interest could arise.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the 92dado platform or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme — that is currently active.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one registered account on the 92dado Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or overlapping IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, 92dado reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with anyone. 92dado will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 92dado support immediately at support@92dado.click. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account credentials unless you have reported a suspected breach without undue delay.

3.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your 92dado account to any other person. Buying or receiving access to another person's account is equally prohibited.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

92dado operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your current address.
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet or bank account used to deposit funds.
• A selfie or live photo for facial verification where required.

Verification is typically requested before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at 92dado's discretion at any point during an account's lifetime. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. 92dado will handle all submitted documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits

5.1 Methods Accepted

92dado accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 92dado is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 92dado, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 92dado wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business hour depending on the sending bank. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the stated timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Deposit Fees

92dado does not charge any fees on deposits. Some payment providers may charge their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing. Any fees charged by payment providers are not recoverable from 92dado.

5.5 Declined Deposits

Deposits may occasionally be declined due to payment provider limits, fraud screening, or incomplete account verification. If your deposit is declined, no funds will be taken from your payment account. Contact 92dado support if the issue persists.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

92dado targets the following processing times for withdrawals: Easypaisa and JazzCash — 5 to 15 minutes from approval; NayaPay and SadaPay — within 30 minutes; bank IBFT — same business day; Visa/Mastercard — 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. These times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment system downtime or KYC review requirements.

6.3 Withdrawal to Same Method as Deposit

For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. If you wish to withdraw to a different method, additional verification may be required.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may be subject to the following conditions: completion of KYC verification; fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements; confirmation that no ongoing investigation into account activity is in progress. 92dado reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to five business days while conducting security or fraud checks. Players will be notified if such a review is being conducted.

6.5 No Withdrawal Fees from 92dado

92dado does not charge fees on withdrawals. Payment providers may deduct their own charges. Withdrawal fees charged by third-party payment providers are not refundable by 92dado.

7. Currency & Fees

All transactions on the 92dado Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bets are placed in PKR, winnings are credited in PKR, bonuses are denominated in PKR, and all financial limits referenced in these Terms are in PKR unless otherwise stated.

If you attempt to deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing rate. 92dado accepts no liability for unfavourable exchange rates applied by third-party payment providers.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

92dado offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where individual promotion terms conflict with general bonus terms, individual promotion terms take precedence.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings will be forfeited.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified, active 92dado accounts in good standing. 92dado reserves the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at its discretion. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting system errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are automatically removed from your account balance.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 General

Bets and wagers placed on the 92dado Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the bet you intend to place is the bet you actually submit. 92dado will not reverse a bet on the grounds that you made an error in selection, stake amount, or market choice, except where a clear technical error on the Platform's side can be demonstrated.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Individual minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page before you place a bet. 92dado reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

9.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not rescheduled within a specified period; there is a clear and demonstrable error in the published odds or market conditions; the relevant market rules specify that the bet type is void in particular circumstances. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your wallet.

9.4 Payout Errors

If a payout is made to your account in error — whether due to a technical glitch, odds error, or any other mistake — the erroneously credited amount does not belong to you and must be returned to 92dado. 92dado reserves the right to deduct any erroneously credited amounts from your account balance at any time.

9.5 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension or settlement at any time during an event. Odds on live markets move rapidly. There may be a brief delay between the event status in the real world and the odds displayed on the Platform. 92dado reserves the right to void bets placed on live markets where there is evidence that a player had access to information not available to the general public at the time of placing the bet.

10. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92dado Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, and potential permanent closure of your account:

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account for any purpose, including claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live casino games, or any market where player interaction can influence outcomes.
• Use of automated software or bots: Using any script, bot, algorithm, or automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting 92dado promotional offers in combination with other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims with your payment provider while funds remain in your 92dado account, or after they have been used for wagering.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or incorrectly posted odds to gain financial advantage.

92dado employs fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity. Players found in breach of fair play rules will be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

11. Responsible Gaming

92dado is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining activity, and we take our duty to protect vulnerable players seriously.

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

92dado will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to payment processors, KYC service providers, and other partners strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92dado Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 92dado or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 92dado.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dado shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Errors or omissions in odds, scores, or other information displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury arising from 92dado's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Suspension & Account Closure

92dado reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk management, regulatory, or legal concern for 92dado.
• The account holder requests voluntary closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance and bonus-generated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are confirmed as legitimately deposited will be returned to the player's verified payment method after investigation, less any amounts owed to 92dado.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Please note that self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy.

16. Disputes & Errors

16.1 Raising a Dispute

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, or that an error has occurred in your account, you must raise the matter with 92dado support as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the relevant event or transaction. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated.

16.2 Investigation Process

Upon receiving a dispute, 92dado will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a full response within five business days. Complex disputes may take longer. You will be kept informed of the progress of any investigation. During an investigation, affected funds or bets may be held pending resolution.

16.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game or bet, 92dado reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the displayed outcome would have been a win or a loss for the player.

16.4 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

17. Changes to These Terms

92dado reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 92dado will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-screen notification upon login, with at least seven days' notice before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.
